This video reinforces the rebelious ideas that are assosiated with rock this is because the artists appear in a unique appearence with their own individual hair and costume style. Their appearence clearly contrasts with the other actors showng they are going against societies convetions of how people should act and appear.

 Avenge Sevenfold- Nightmare

 This video also reinforces the rebelious ideas that are assosiated with rock. The use of an unconventional music video shows rebelion. The music video is based in a mental asylum showing they are trying to portray an untaimed and individual image that sets them selves apart from other genres. It also separates them from other artists and bands of the same genre.

my choice of music genre

Metallica 



Metallica is an American heavy metal band that are renowned for their live performances and fast tempos. the feature that i found most iconic about this band is the diffrent origins of the artists for example the Basist on the right is of mexican decent and the drummer to the left of him is danish. this variety of people shows they are not a stereotypical band because most bands are often composed of white males. the benefit this has is it creates for the band is they appeal to a wider and more diverse audience.
